・Being run directly by the manufacturer, the shop has ample stocks of the products listed in the catalogue. The shop will quickly deliver the product of your choice (free shipping).
・We accept returned bows after tryout even if you have applied pine resin, because we want you to understand our product well before purchasing it. However, the product must be returned within 10 days and the shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
・The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase, during which we will replace the product free of charge in case of fracture or other trouble. For fractures during the warranty period caused by the customer, a new replacement item will be offered at half the regular price.
・During the month after one year from purchase, the customer may request free hair replacement and adjustment.

1. Hair Replacement
The hair is a consumable item that must be replaced at intervals depending on the frequency of use. Please consult a local violin shop or repair workshop to have the hair replaced by a reliable expert.
2. Repairing a Broken Tip
This is the most common type of repair for a bow. The tip easily breaks if the bow is dropped, because like a helmet, the tip is meant to protect the head, an important part of the bow, from fracture. Since the tip is attached by a small contact surface, it may even break during hair replacement. If the tip breaks, please have it repaired immediately.
3. Broken Stick
If the stick breaks, it cannot be repaired. The stick is the life of the bow. If the stick of one of our bows breaks, it may be replaced by a stick of similar quality.
